Our story, our mission, and why we do what we do.
NorthPoint Enterprise was founded from firsthand experience inside the facility management industry.
For more than a decade, our founder worked for one of the largest privately held facility management companies in the United States. During that time, he witnessed the tremendous growth of the property management industry and the critical role that subcontractors play in delivering services across the country.
While clients and contracts often receive the most attention, one issue continued to surface that few companies were addressing: what happens to the vendors when contracts change hands?
When a property management company loses a client, extensive analysis follows. Teams evaluate pricing, service quality, operational performance, and customer satisfaction to understand what happened and how to improve.
However, when subcontractors lose work due to a contract transition, there is often little visibility into what happened next.
Many service providers invest years building relationships, staffing teams, purchasing equipment, and servicing properties only to find themselves scrambling for answers when a contract changes ownership. In many cases, they lose work through no fault of their own.
The challenge isn't a lack of quality service providers. The challenge is a lack of transparency and communication throughout the sourcing process.
NorthPoint Enterprise was created to solve that problem.
Our goal is to build a platform that connects property managers and service providers more effectively, creating opportunities for both sides while reducing the inefficiencies that have existed in the industry for years.
Today, we help service providers discover new opportunities, protect existing revenue streams, and navigate the property management landscape with confidence. At the same time, we help property managers source qualified vendors faster, reduce administrative burden, and scale operations more efficiently.
We believe better connections create better outcomes for everyone involved.
